10. Financing with GoodLeap

  • To initiate your financing request, we may securely share limited personal data (e.g., name, contact details) with GoodLeap.
  • Sensitive financial information you provide is collected and processed directly by GoodLeap under their own privacy policy.
  • We do not store or retain the sensitive financial data you submit to GoodLeap.

11. Disclosures, Sharing, and No Sale/Share

  • We may disclose information to comply with legal obligations, enforce our agreements, or protect rights, safety, and security.
  • We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.
